The quality is fantastic! It's huge, very roomy for everything I could ever need. Made from thick, durable waxed canvas. There is a button at the top to stay closed. I was afraid the belts would look cheap. It doesn't look cheap at all. Big! I bought it as an extra bag for military work. Folds perfectly when packed. To be honest, it was about the size of a folder when folded. A little thicker, of course, but very comfortable. I definitely recommend it to everyone! At less than $30 this is a steal!
