My "plastic" closet was overflowing with plastic containers and lids of various styles and sizes. After dropping the items, my husband said I needed to get 1 good set and get rid of all that "junk". Found this, a nice set of regular sized containers. The lids actually fold and lock to keep them in place. They fit perfectly under nested bowls. Lids are suitable for containers of different depths, so you have to deal with the minimum size of the lids. I have used in the freezer, fridge and microwave. Liquids will not leak, will not rupture due to freezer expansion. I don't use the microwave for tomatoes, cheese, or fatty foods, but things like leftovers, soup, etc. work well. I had no blisters or stains. (Again, nothing greasy, cheesy, or tomato-y). Now my plastic closet is neat, organized and has free space, no more plastic avalanches!
