I have only used it once but am impressed with the quality of the items. The bulbs are not very bright and have a bluish tint to them, but I think they'll be fine if you're doing an indoor photo shoot. I definitely had to invest in an extension cord and an extension cord to connect all the lights to the same area. I might also invest in a different type of bulb that emits light of a different color so I can get a more balanced source. While I haven't had it that long, I think it's a great starter kit for those who want to get into photography but don't have the cash to spend $200 or $300 on a quality kit. I really appreciate that it comes with all components in a bag so I can travel with it to take pictures outside of my work area.
