I need a soft but large travel scarf. Many scarves are very tight, so you can't spread them out like a blanket and also squeeze them tight enough to wear them like a non-bulky scarf. This particular scarf can do it all, but remember it's not very thick and it's lighter. However, it warms my neck enough and the size when opened is large, as in the description. It's very soft and the black one I ordered had no color transfer and didn't bleed when wet. It has a nice loft but fits in a small pocket in my travel bag. So good I'm getting it again in a different color. Highly recommended as a casual scarf or summer scarf.
