First impression, nice packaging, nice glass jar, well sealed. The small applicator is heavy for its size and looks very high quality. The ingredients are pure and natural. The smell is neutral and reminds me of a plaster. But it gets a little worse with use. As I removed some of the scrub with the end of the applicator, I noticed how crumbly it was. It's got a lot of sugar and not much else, which holds the granules together so little bits fall off left and right. I should try to purse my lips so the sugar doesn't fall out of my mouth, but not so hard that I end up eating it. A small roller doesn't help much because the granules are too big to move freely with. The product needs some work to say the least. The roller itself is perfect for applying lip balm or other lip products. I wonder how hygienic that is, because you can't clean under the roller. Time will tell I think.
