I bought this product and it has held my PS4 and XB1 controllers quite well for several weeks. until the glue has lost its adhesion. Now I have it hanging on a metal computer case. I've tried a few other 3M tapes with no success, so I don't really see how to get this to work without weighting the top end down, which isn't a realistic solution. On the other hand, the 3D printed holders are pretty solid and hold the controllers well when connected with a good adhesive.
