It worked for a while but the effectiveness has decreased
I bought this soap to treat facial seborrheic dermatitis in the beard and mustache area. At first I saw quite positive changes. The dandruff has reduced and my face is less itchy. I find that over time my skin got used to the zinc and the dandruff came back. I've read that one way is to use a zinc soap and alternate it with another ointment like coal tar so your skin doesn't become immune to zinc. Treatment. I haven't tried it yet, but I will soon.
