I love these shoes for my kids in the summer; I've been buying Keens for my kids for 3-4 years. They are perfect for kids outdoors as they perform well in all conditions - we can easily go from sand to mountains to water and everything in between. The sole is durable and has a good grip, so children don't slip. These shoes are comfortable enough for my kids to wear all day. It's also a great shoe because you can throw it in the washing machine when it gets dirty. I also appreciated how well they hold up. I can keep them after my children outgrow them and pass them on to other siblings. Last summer I tried to save money by trying other less expensive (but still name brand) shoes; They didn't survive the summer because they wore out too quickly! After that I realized that we will always be with Keanes!
