Measurements - I'm 5'7", 160 pounds and have a long torso. I usually wear medium sized tops when I want them to fit, or large sized tops for a looser fit. I wear a 34DD - DDD bra, I would say I have feminine but broad shoulders and an hourglass shape. In the bottoms I wear 8-10 or medium to large. I'm about 20 pounds over my normal weight, and most of that is in my buttocks and thighs, so they're both pretty big compared to the rest of my body. All this to say that I ordered a medium size. It fits perfectly. It is designed to have a loose fit and I would say it is true to size in my case. I could get pregnant and wear that most of the time. I also ordered a large one and it didn't touch my body in any way. I prefer the medium size as it only gives me a slight shape. Quality: It's not soft underwear, but it doesn't itch or feel uncomfortable in any way. There is a seam that extends to the front which I think is a downside but I can deal with that. It has a durable feel and will last for several seasons. In general, it is fashionable and practical. In my opinion, that's sweet for women throughout life. But I am very happy because I am a mother of small children and live in a very hot and humid climate in summer. It's breathable and really easy to move around in. It will be my staple this summer. For the price it definitely gets 5 stars for me.
