I just received my product on the day of this review. Installation took about 20 minutes (mainly due to my cramped workspace) and the instructions are pretty straightforward. What lost the star is the lack of markings on the spring tension screw, as without them it can't support the weight of the monitor out of the box. When I signed up to write a scathing review, one of the images on the Revain page pointed to it, which solved my problem. In summary, please note the information in the operating instructions, because the tie bolt looks like a bolt that controls the swingarm.
