As an SME it's great to be able to have my own tech support when issues arise as opposed to relying on expensive outsourced companies like Rackspace who will always try and squeeze you by making extra charges that they don't need to bill back out! I love how well this system works compared other systems i've used in the past - there isn't any down time. If needed we can expand but then i think costs will become prohibitive again (but not if everyone uses them). It helps keep track of our backups which is awesome! The best part about this service was that they understood our needs right away without us having to explain them. They were able to get everything set up, including training all necessary support staff, within just two days! I would highly recommend it! There's nothing bad that we can say or think of at this time. Just fantastic customer care and outstanding results. This is what we need when hiring anyone else - especially when you're looking from different cultures.
