Great METAL RIVETS AND LINKS so after 1 year I bought another pair

EXCELLENT METAL LINKS HOLD THE RIVETS FOR 100 SEC WALKING ON SNOW, ICE, MUD 2017/18. .IN SUMMER 2018 I kept spiked boots tightly pulled over the boots and rubber bands. Therefore, I recommend removing spikes/straps for long-term storage. However, the metal construction underneath has held up so well that I bought another pair in January 2019 and they work great. Very good product. (I bought a pair of similar spikes in December 2018 but their metal links came loose after 2 or 3 rides and I had to return them.) or separately. Great quality metal. thanks terry
