Honestly, the measurements are correct. Problem is, that I think it is meant for smaller people. Fits my wife perfectly, but I have broad shoulders and it just seems small. If there was a XXL version, I would buy that one. Either way since this one doesn't really work for me, it is being returned. The idea behind it works, maybe I'm just broken. Lol. Also, if you roll over from side to side it is hard to rearrange when you're trying to sleep. It might be better if it was just for side sleepers and not for the other type of sleepers. Maybe they'll work for you if you don't have broad shoulders. Good luck for you, I'm going back to the best pillow for side sleepers.
