Review on 🍲 Sweese 1122 Assorted Porcelain Bowls by Justin Santiago

First of all, the shells are beautiful. Nice colors, modern shape, good size and weight. I love them with the whole set! Second, I chose this company over other cookware companies because they have a 1 year warranty and promise to replace items damaged in shipping. We received one of 6 bowls with a defect. I signed up for the extended free warranty and emailed Sweese quickly. First they offered a 30% refund because they don't normally replace items from sets. Well for me I needed 6 for my table to match other Sweese products. I told them I would have to spend another $30 to get a complete usable set. which wouldn't make any sense. I have either requested a full refund so I can purchase another set or a full replacement. Most of their items are in sets so not sure what the purpose of the guarantee would be if they couldn't live up to it. Well, in the end they kept their promise! They sent me a brand new, flawless kit and didn't even have to send the old ones back. They communicated throughout the case. Knowing this makes me feel very comfortable buying from them in the future. I know my money and time are in good hands with Sweese. It's nice to see a decent company!
