Only 3 months old and already broken.

It's only been 3 months and it's been sitting mostly without connection and disconnection. Today I unplugged it to move the laptop and plugged it back in (carefully as always) and what do you know but it broke. Confirmed by testing on 2 different laptops. :(---- Yes, and the second one I bought to replace the first one (last chance) broke too! :( :( This product obviously hasn't been doing what it's supposed to do for a very long time.
