I have used this product on a leather belt to sharpen and polish knife blades. I recently bought a used Fallkniven A1 with a couple of unfortunate scratches that were polished up nicely and quicker than expected. The diamond cuts quickly and the extra fine particles give it a brilliant shine. The material is a bit tricky to handle as it is so good. The wooden coffee stirrer works to drop it from the tiny pouch. A few drops of isopropyl alcohol will help spread the powder. It takes very little to cover the line. I look forward to finding more uses for this nifty product.
