Has not survived a single trip

The laptop bag was used to simply store a laptop in it at home. Today was the first time I took it out for a real purpose, but the grip started to loosen within the first 30 minutes. I use a Dell Inspiron laptop, which isn't even a heavy laptop. I would ask the company to send a replacement as I believe this is a defective part as based on the reviews it should be a good model. Hope that helps.
