The installation was more difficult than I thought because I had to go through the firewall, extend the cables and use an m16 1/8 to 2.0 adapter between the sensor and had to use the device . GMC Messenger Black is on good ground. I found You Tube to help me with this. Used plastic pipe cable protector for the length of the cable in the engine compartment. Once installed it works great and can be read both manually and digitally. Disconnecting the orange cable from the power supply makes the display brighter. Since my power supply is always on, I installed a toggle switch to turn off the power when the car isn't running.
