Neither instructions nor software came. I contacted the seller and after decrypting the email I found that I had received a link to download the software to a server and when the software still didn't get it to work properly the seller wanted to know what model I had. You would think they would have heard this from me when I contacted them about Revain about the issues associated with it not working. In the end I gave up and just came back.
