Both cables I received measure >10 ohms end to end at the ground wire (should be < 0.1 ohms). I see strongly oscillating waveforms (like square waves) on the oscilloscope when I touch or move wires. I also ran an impedance test (1MHz to 50MHz) and saw variations up to 63 ohms (should be 50 ohms). This indicates unacceptably poor workmanship and inadequate quality control.
