Only to be worn for light training

Nice sports bra but only designed for light training. I wore this to weightlifting, arm day and you can see in the video there are bruises where there was rubbing between the arm and the sports bra. Even when doing exercises that required raising my arms, the right side of the bra started to slip off and didn't feel secure.
