Customer Service - Awesome when the lids broke
As with other reviews here, the small acrylic folding handle broke after 3 months of use in 3 out of 5. We store dog and cat treats that need to be turned several times a day. When I contacted the company they immediately sent replacement caps. I'll use super glue next time I see acrylic cracking (and obviously I'm more aware of this issue). I would have preferred the handle not to be broken but would like to point out that the customer service has been truly amazing.
