This product solved my reoccurring nighttime problem of "paying attention to my spouse" by not using the speakers to watch my shows on my projector without feeling the absolute discomfort and paranoia of my headphones lose or break $400 headphones when I turn them over in my sleep or when they fall out of bed. The buttons help control the volume of my shows and pause them when I need to go to the bathroom, listen to something around the house, or have someone speak to me. Lying on it is also so comfortable, because as a side bed it has a nice pillow where the headphones are, so it doesn't hurt to sleep on it. It also gives you the option to adjust the position of the earbuds on your ears. Highly recommended!
