FINALLY NOT "stretchy " running belt

I've tried over 10 running belts over the years. I tend to punish belts well; I will be running for 2+ hours in extreme heat, unfortunately I have a bit more abdominal padding than back padding so I've always had issues with the straps slowly slipping down while running. I follow the same steps when trying to tighten the straps and it seems to be a repeating pattern which is annoying (only when running though - walking suits me with most straps). Well, this belt quickly became my favorite. for long runs. It's a little big and has three zippered pockets, which is a bit overkill as I usually carry my large (iPhone 7 plus) phone and use Bluetooth headphones. However, one HUGE feature of this strap that works great for me is that the actual adjustable strap material is "stiff" like a rope, NOT stretchy like a bungee cord. Now many people would find an elastic band more comfortable; I understand, and if so, DO NOT buy this belt. But if you're looking for a belt that can be tightened and stays in place and won't slip off your body after an hour on the sidewalk or trail, look no further. And this one has enough space for keys and maybe a credit card or DL, so you can really use it almost like a light fanny pack (may come in handy at an amusement park or for a longer hike where you don't want to carry a dedicated backpack). There's also enough room for a few gels or gum for the long-distance crowd. Anyway, I'm giving it a solid 5 stars as it's finally solved my problem of the strap slipping through repeatedly.
