: The seller contacted me and offered a free replacement which I received today. Very good customer service. Upon unboxing, I saw that this one was much better assembled and appeared to be almost level with the base. I regret to say that the crystal itself is extremely disappointing. Half of the crystal is striated in such a way that very little light can penetrate. On the other side, which glows nice and warm, is the dreaded Bert, easily spotted from across the room. I understand that these crystals will have variations and almost none of them will be perfect, but this crystal was never meant to pass quality control. So again, I'm not happy with my product, but I have to say that the actual service and customer care is exemplary. Unfortunately, this is a product review, not a service review. It's MUCH smaller than I expected, about 3" square at the base and 4" tall. There is no push button switch as stated in the specs. The crystal appears warped, especially at the corners and especially at the top. However, my biggest issue with this is the total lack of alignment where the crystal is bolted and glued to the base. Yes, there is no way to fix it.
