In general, really satisfied. Before I settled on the M705, I gave the MX1100 model a shot, but I found that I did not enjoy using it. And this model, which appears to have been thrust into the hands of the community. Everything is in its proper location, and it is in a convenient location. After using the MX1000, it feels uncomfortably light (especially when equipped with batteries), but I believe that I will eventually get used to it. Has pros: Materials of a high standard. It is comfortable to use with both large and medium sized hands. Tiny signal receiver. They say that it consumes batteries in a highly cost-effective manner; we will test this out. I checked, and even though four months have passed, the charge level has not changed. It is still 90%. It would appear that the mouse is sustaining itself off of the Holy Spirit. :) Many disadvantages: Still haven't been able to locate it. Although it's possible that the teeth are too large, which would explain why the "steps" of the wheel are so obvious (I had the MX1000 model for four years, so I can compare it to it), I believe that this is simply a matter of getting used to it. It was possible to make clicks even less audible; the MX1000 I used for comparison was the same model.
