My husband worked on projects and sanded a lot and wanted his cracked fingers to heal. We got this to try and keep his hands hydrated at night. Wet gloves from the pharmacy were too small and thin. They fit well and sit better on his wrists. I am ordering another pair for myself as I also need to moisturize my hands. He has medium sized arms that are wider than mine but fit both of us.
