Small for chubby feet and 18 month old.
Shoe is flat.not very good for walkers. Size 12-18 months is a size 3. Needed mainly for pictures, but she won’t be able to actually wear these out. They are cute, but small for my 18 month old chubby feet . Probably best for younger non walking babies.
