Ring does not hold a circular shape! Can no longer wear my ring :(

The tree of life urn ring is beautiful but does not hold its circular ring shape. So much so that I can not even wear my ring anymore. The shape has changed into much more of an oval which does not slide over my knuckle, as my fingers are round and not oval shaped. I am very disappointed because I was so excited about this ring. Thank goodness I did not fill the ring with ashes yet, because I wanted to test the durability of the ring before doing so. I do not recommend this product. I’ve never had a ring change shape like this before.
