Bought this for a neighbor's child for his birthday. She was very happy when she saw the bright red color. Beautiful ruffles on the edges. The fabric could be a little thicker, but as we live in a coastal area I think that's ok. Perfect fit as we expected. So I believe their size chart is well taken care of. I'm happy to see smiles on the children's faces.
