The lamp cannot be replaced, so if the lamp goes out, the $120 block is a 4 pound brick. Our contractor used them in our bathroom. A bulb burned out after a year. The support team didn't care. The product is incredibly poorly designed - the bulb is not replaceable. and the gimbal cannot be exchanged. Additionally, Halo doesn't honor the warranty because it was installed by a contractor who didn't give us receipts, so we lost $120 instead of just replacing the $2 lightbulb. and unnecessarily large and heavy. Buy something else.
