Strange to see 4 and 5 star reviews on this product that say it keeps slipping out of the horseshoe, but other than that it's great! Lola? How can he be "great" when he keeps slipping out of the horseshoe? A horseshoe mount is one way to connect! I learned this the hard way, my camera has been dropped twice with this product. The first time I thought it was my fault, and then when it happened the second time, after making sure it was securely attached to the camera, I knew I was in for a long shoot. It "slipped out" 6-7 more times during the shoot, but at that point I had a camera strap around my neck, so every time it "slipped out" and the camera fell off, it fell on my stomach, because the camera strap around my neck prevented his fall. My 5 inch monitor attached to this top handle shattered on the first "slip".
