Review on Bell Qualifier DLX Full-Face Helmet - Medium, Blackout Matte Black design by Steve Atchley

I bought this helmet specifically for the recessed port that allows you to connect a Bluetooth headset. I figured it would look better than putting one on the outside of the helmet. I bought a Sena SMH10 headset and couldn't figure out how to connect it to the port. Called support and the disinterested girl I spoke to, who rudely cut me off mid-sentence, did nothing to help. She directed me to a YouTube tutorial video that a guy made in his garage that I've already watched. She then told me I need an overhead mic and a set of clamps which appears to cost an additional $40? No thank you. So if you're expecting your BT headset to fit straight into the mounting port, it won't. You have to pay extra to use this feature. Too bad because the helmet was quite comfortable. albeit noisy (especially over the BT port which seems good for an absolute nada). If I just had to push the headset to the outside of the helmet there would be many other models I would choose instead. And did I mention the customer service was terrible?
