First of all the body is plastic covered with soft foam so most parts of the chair are comfortable. The armrest, in particular, has a smooth finish that many chairs lack. I have a habit of using the armrest for most of my typing, which makes the job very comfortable. The main seat is also very soft and really has the right thickness; none of the previous chairs have this. It feels like soft memory foam that returns to its original shape when not in use. The wheels are well made and don't seem to break easily. Another fun fact about the armrest of this chair is that it is flexible and can be raised. So I have a table that is not very flexible and to put the chair in it I just have to lift the armrest and slide it under the table. Very easy! Very happy with the chair so far.
