I do not understand.
This is a cute little "bracelet" with a chain and an inexpensive charm. Or it would be nice if I paid $3 for it. I was blown away that I spent $17 on some loops of thread and a tiny amulet! My granddaughter liked that he said they were as expensive as $7. Not really. I had to send it back but wanted to put it on her Valentine's Day and it arrived the same day.
