DOES NOT WORK best with in-ear headphones

I could NOT get the headphones to work. THEY HAVE BEEN FULLY CHARGED SEVERAL TIMES BUT ARE NOT WORKING YET. THIS IS MY 3rd PAIR OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF EARPHONES. THEY ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. THE OTHERS ARE OK. AIRPODS PRO IS THE BEST, TOZO IS NEXT AND THIS IS NOT GOOD AT ALL.
