I've never tried the noise reduction setting, so I won't talk about it. They are comfortable and I often wear them for over 4 hours with no problems. I have a big head and big ears and they fit my ears completely with no issues. The sound quality is very good, the battery life is excellent. I work several days without reloading, even several hours a day. I don't use Windows as operating system. I only use Linux. These kids work with the default Bluetooth system in Ubuntu/Kubuntu, so I suspect they'll work for most Linux distributions. Side multimedia keys work without problems. The only thing that bothers me is that the audio quality decreases when using the microphone on Linux. However, as I understand it, this is Linux's fault for how it handles bi-directional flow and pre-allocated bandwidth.
