What I don't like is that when I put the bracket on, the mirror cracked where the bracket was attached. It was an unexpected gift for my beautiful teenage daughter when she was gone for the weekend. We wanted her to like her gift. The mirror is very nice but now damaged. The gift should not have any defects. When I lifted up this very heavy box and disassembled her dressing table to assemble the mirror and tools, I was happy for my daughter. Then we find that the screws are too long to attach the supports. The mirror cracked at the very first screw (bottom left). The tears are on the bottom and will likely be covered by their cosmetic bags. We no longer used screws. So it's just on the table. The funny thing is that I also ordered a bathroom mirror from the same company. I hope and pray that the mirror and installation go smoothly. There is no room for error in this mirror, it must be installed. The only positive is that we now know how long the screw is. After we painted the guest bathroom, this bathroom gets a new mirror and lamp. I hope to be compensated for this problem. I'll call Hamilton Hills Monday morning. So disappointed! To update.
