I am further amending this review from my original one. Please read the original and first amendment below. As stated below, customer service contacted me. They were fantastic and they sent me another tire. The second tire was 2 inches taller and MUCH easier to fit. Plus, all the details fell into place with such ease. In general, the second frame that was sent to me seemed better in quality. The foam has become harder and less brittle. Plus, that 2 inches can make a difference if you're a beginner or have a large midsection. *I am correcting my original review. You can read it below, but I'd like to add that I wrote this in a hurry and hate leaving bad reviews. I'm still unsatisfied with the product so I'm not deleting the original review, but I wanted to add that the support team contacted me and wanted to know how they can improve my experience. For this they deserve an increase in the number of stars. They offered to send another product which they thought I would like better. I'll let them know that if this happens, I'm willing to make further changes to the review. For the time being I have returned the item and you can read below why I did so. *Foam broke when I assembled the first section. I thought maybe I could glue it on, but once I got all the pieces together I was ready to send it back. The last section was VERY difficult and took all my strength. But the foam didn't level out and the first section with the crack overlapped and it continued to race. Forget it. All my strength went into taking it apart and stuffing it back into the box. So I actually got the job today. I would say this is a poor quality tire. It is difficult to assemble and the foam tears very easily.
