I already have several Solar Tiki Flame lights. These speakers have the same dancing flame effect. They don't emit much light, but the flickering flame creates a great ambient light. The speaker lets you toggle the flame effect on and off, so it's up to you. I was able to connect the speaker to my EchDot via Bluetooth. You can select your Echodot in the Alexa app and connect your speaker to your Echodot as an external speaker. Hassle-free transmission at over 40 feet. I was expecting it to be a very quiet speaker, considering it more of a lightweight speaker than a speaker, but to my surprise the device is almost as loud as the Echodot. You can mix and match up to 10 of these and I will be doing that at my next pool party. I take a few more and pair them with an Echodot for voice control. There is a thread on the bottom so you can use various fasteners that are not included. I am happy with my purchase and if you love dancing solar lights then this item will suit you too.
