UPDATE AT THE END: PREVIEW: This Claro block has 15 days; noticed that the front charcoal filter fell off. Shouted Cust Svce who thought he had velcro to hold it up but it just has a slick piece of felt which is useless. However, with my ingenuity I put 4 small pieces of tape on all 4 ends and now this problem is solved. Have a unit on duty 24/7. At night I use UV and an ionizer. The area of the premises is from 375 to 400 square meters. ft. Dust at the other end of the room does NOT get in (understandable since the unit is 375 square feet). It's impossible to get a reasonable explanation for the PPM rating. I will update this later. some research. Also, I don't smell "clean air" in the room. The svce client is not very knowledgeable in my opinion. So far, however, the device seems to be working properly. I run it on TURBO for a few hours and then down to #3. So far, so good. Will update this asap. UPDATE: I think this might be for the best since I have a top notch ORANSI and THAT doesn't even gather dust; even called her CS personally and she said she still needs to vacuum and dust 1 or 2 times a week. As for INVISICLEAN, it does NOT cover my area even though I'm a little over 375m2. ft. BUT REMOVING DUST ON THE FURNITURE DIRECTLY ON THE UNIT DOES NOT WORK! Also, the air-intake sides of the device have low suction power to draw air into the device for air circulation. So I don't know what to advise. There were "ALL" new filters in "ALL" my other units in each room + an "Extreme Filterette" filter (best for allergens) for the apartment's main burner. Still collecting dust. The only way is to clean the air duct. I'm not sure whether to leave it or not, although the module has many features. Maybe after I've cleaned the air ducts.? But now it's getting to be too much extra work. My FINAL RATING is 3-4. Of course, if you have a lot of money, this can solve everything.
