Great customer service - GREAT product!

These guys left us a note in the box saying we won an extra necklace! I was so excited as the 12.5 inch I ordered is a bit small for my 4 year old. I asked them to send me a longer one as I firmly believe in the power of these necklaces. Unfortunately they don't make them anymore but they were more than willing to send my money back. Great customer service and great product! It's hard to find these days. 100% recommend to everyone
