Everyone in the family (my wife, my 6 and 8 year old girls) loves to use slackline. It's heavy, but I feel like I get better every time I use it (I've had it for about a week now). It's easy to attach and remove (comes with a pouch to put everything in). It probably takes 5 minutes to set up, can take 10 minutes to take down because I like winding strings and tidying things up. I love that it comes with tree guards and they are pretty easy to install. The ratchet mechanism makes a pretty solid impression. The leash holds my weight perfectly (230). But it should be high enough not to touch the ground when the distance between the trees is almost 57 feet. It's not a problem if it's closer to 20-30 feet. The tutorial line is helpful. It gives my girls some confidence when they do it and it means I can just be there for them instead of holding their hand. I try not to use it myself and can stand for a while and take a few steps without falling. But every time I fall, I want to get back up and stay longer. It is very funny. I think the learning curve is reasonable because I feel like I get better every time I take it (about 5 times in 10 days or so). The original shipment was missing some components but the seller (DDRPL) was very quick to respond and sent a replacement which arrived promptly.
