Waxing, waxing, hair still there

I think a lot of us wish there was an easier way to remove hair. Shaving, especially for a tall girl like me, is not easy. Worse if you have long legs and short arms. It's bad if you have certain hairs on your chin (fortunately not that many, there's no other way to deal with it). I tried a waxing kit over 20 years ago. It was a nightmare! It was probably edible. I believe you microwaved the container, applied, allowed to cool and used the paper strip (included) to remove the hair. It didn't work and it caught fire. I then switched to a depilatory cream, which partially worked. Thereafter? Back to holding -> shaving foam/cream and razor. This has always worked for my most important body parts. Coarse hairs on the "chin" -> with tweezers. No, the dermaplaning tool didn't work for them. I had a wax heater so I figured all the balls/beans were the same. They came with ZERO instructions and the bottle was broken after spraying. There were at least some in the warmer kit. And in my warmer set there were specially made disposable "cups". These pearls/beans in a smaller cup melted in over 90 minutes. And it was 180Β° (F) warmer. I tried a small amount on my arm. The wax was sticky, not liquid, and it cooled almost immediately as it hit my skin. I left it for a few minutes (more than 5) and removed the maximum amount. It didn't hurt, didn't burn or cause redness - again... HAIR WAS STILL HERE Okay, my arm hair is a bit thin. But if it removes thick hair, shouldn't it also remove finer hair? I found another plaster, took some warm wax - tried again. nope Tried legs, arms and under the chin. Nothing. Again, I see I'm not the only one having trouble with these beads/beans. Maybe I got a bad batch. But I definitely wouldn't get them again.

Pros
  • Same as everything before
Cons
  • Clarity
