I ordered this bag in red and was delighted when it arrived. Unfortunately, the piping on the straps came loose after about a week of use. As soon as it came off the straps, the strings were worn out. The seller was kind enough to replace the bag for free but when I used the second one the same thing happened after just two days. Within a week the piping on the bag came undone and the worn straps made it look like it was years ago. So disappointed because it is such a beautiful bag.
