This is a great tool for my waist training and fitness journey. I am 6'2' and I have a very VERY long torso, so I have three different "corsets" I use that provide total compression of my midsection. This is a great tank for the top half of my midsection. I have also had five children, with little to no recovery in between each pregnancy. My tummy has seen its fair share of abuse and I'm ready to help my body back with as little surgery as possible.I do wish the boning would go all the way up the back because it stops at the bra line. Also, this may be because I need to go down or up a size, but the front bunches really badly and doesn't lay as flat as I would like. I do like this and I will order more of these specific vests as I continue on my weight loss journey.
