Dirty and wrong size

I ordered 3 different sizes from this company and they all came back the same size! So upset because the quality wasn't bad. Also, it looked like open trays in a dirty room. Was there dirt and even hair in the closed container? Suuuuper was confused. I returned them all because I didn't need 5 trays of 10mm lashes :( I have a photo of 10/11/13mm lashes on my hand all in a row all the same size and it seems that one even had a different curl... so strange.
