Review on Voltage Dimmable Halogen Cabinet Ceiling by Mike Walters

We bought these to light up the entryway, they are very bright which we really like. They were a bit finicky when installing (no fault of the bulbs), but held up to a lot of pressure. I gave 4 stars because of the blackout. It's either full on light or dark, there's really no in-between. I thought it might be the dimmer I was using so I replaced it with a different one. the same results. I agree, I'd like a bit more customization, but at least I can switch from sunlight to moonlight.
