Doesn't work Office electronics

They don't work with my HP 4655 printer. I've tried several times and they look exactly like the original HP cartridge but the printer keeps giving me an error message. I've tried their contact cleaning suggestion and similar, but it kept giving me an installation error. Went to Walmart and bought HP 63, works great again
