This is my first time ever trying a waist trainer and it looks and feel great I’m 5’5 233 pounds I was confused about my measurements saying to get a 3x but I normally wear a xl and so I went to reviews and decided to get a xl from what people were saying and based off body type and pictures I’m so glad I did go with the xl it fits so perfect! Just enough support covers all my problems areas I love this so far was difficult to put on at first now it’s getting easier I just wear it for about 4 hours in the morning through out my day to start off so I’m glad I got it.
